User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Valexx Pro Technology (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to clients (“you” or “client”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide high-performance digital solutions, which may include but are not limited to:

Custom website design
Website development
E-commerce solutions

Social Media Set-up
Content management systems (CMS)
Website maintenance and updates
SEO optimization

3. Project Scope and Changes

A proposal or contract will outline a detailed project scope, including timelines, deliverables, and costs.
Any changes requested by the client outside the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges. All changes must be approved in writing before work begins.

4. Payment Term

A non-refundable deposit of 70% of the total project cost is required to start the project.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion before the website goes live, or as outlined in the proposal. Payments are due within [number of days, e.g., 14 days] of the invoice date.
Late payments may incur interest charges of [interest rate, e.g., 2%] per month.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide all necessary content, images, logos, and other materials required for the project promptly.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Upon full payment, all design and development work created by us for the client will be the client’s intellectual property.
We reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients must ensure they have the right to use any third-party content or materials provided to us.

7. Revisions and Feedback

Revisions are limited to changes in design elements and do not include changes in the project scope.

8. Cancellation and Termination

In case of cancellation, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of termination, including any non-refundable deposits.

9. Website Launch and Maintenance

We will test the website for compatibility across all major browsers before launch. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or software.
Ongoing maintenance, updates, or support after the launch are available under separate agreements.

10. Liability and Warranty

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the website is free from defects, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or software.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the course of the project.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, they will be submitted to mediation or arbitration in [location].
